SERVICE DESCRIPTION

Discover the transformative power of Namaste + Play in our private and semi-private sessions, designed to be fun, engaging, and tailored to meet the unique needs of each child. These sessions incorporate music, yoga-based movement, breathing exercises, and mindfulness/play activities. We focus on enhancing various aspects of development, including speech/language skills, self-regulation, attention, memory, executive functioning, social-emotional skills, self-confidence, and imaginative play. Our approach is personalized to support the growth and well-being of every participant. Consistency is fundamental to achieving lasting benefits, which is why our sessions are package-based. Prices are based on sessions for up to four children, with a $35 additional charge for each extra child. Sessions typically last between 40 to 60 minutes, depending on the ages of the children. Session Packages: 5 sessions: $600 All sessions include mats, props, and other necessary materials to enrich the experience.
