SPRING SPECIALIZED KIDS YOGA PROGRAM

SERVICE DESCRIPTION

This is a music + play based program that incorporates yoga-based movement and mindfulness activities, such as breathing exercises, brain games, and positive affirmations. It addresses varied capabilities, and helps improve a child’s self-expression, creativity, and confidence! We target many skills such as language skills, executive functioning skills, self-regulation, attention, memory, strength, flexibility, and so much more! Classes are offered Mondays and Thursdays from 1:15 PM to 2 PM. This program will run from January 6th to May 29, 2025!
